Mental Health

- $200 first-time visit fee with a psychiatrist, $95 for all follow up visits with the selected psychiatrist, and $85 for each visit with a therapist other than a psychiatrist
Dermatology
- A quick, convenient and discreet solution for treating skin conditions such as rash, acne, psoriasis, suspicious moles, and more
- Members can upload images of their skin issue and receive a response within two days from a licensed dermatologist through Teladoc’s online message center
- Prescriptions are sent to the member’s local pharmacy, when medically necessary
- $85 consult fee, plus one follow-up question

General Health
Yes. Teladoc members only talk to actual doctors who are U.S. board-certified internists, state-licensed family practitioners, and pediatricians licensed to practice medicine in the U.S. and living in the U.S. When you request a visit, Teladoc will connect you with a doctor licensed in your state.
Common conditions include sinus problems, respiratory infection, allergies, urinary tract infection, cold and flu symptoms and many other non-emergency illnesses.
Teladoc is designed to handle non-emergent medical problems. You should NOT use it if you are experiencing a medical emergency.
You cannot request to speak with a specialist directly, but our doctors may be able to provide guidance on the type of specialist you should see.
You cannot request a particular doctor. Teladoc is designed to support your relationship with your existing doctor. It is not a means of establishing an exclusive relationship with one of our doctors. Please know that all Teladoc doctors are highly qualified and go through rigorous training and credentialing. We have the largest physician network of any telehealth provider with board-certified, state-licensed doctors.
Teladoc does not dispense prescription drugs. Our nurses call the prescription into the local pharmacy of your choice.
Health records are kept totally private and we employ robust encryption methods to protect your personal information. You determine who can see the information in your record.
We do not turn patients away because of pre-existing conditions.
You can request a Teladoc visit from anywhere in the U.S. You will speak with a doctor licensed in your home state.
Mental Health
To schedule a session, register a new account or log in to your existing account on Teladoc.com/Feelbetter or through the mobile app. Next, you’ll request a visit, answer a few questions, select a therapist, and request an appointment time. Appointments are confirmed within 72 hours.

Teladoc schedules therapy appointments seven days a week from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm local time. Appointments are confirmed within 72 hours.
If you’d like to visit with a psychiatrist, the initial visit is $200 per session and ongoing visits are $95 per session. Visits with psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, counselors, or therapists are $85 per session.
The program is available to adults 18 and older.
You have the option to schedule your session with a psychiatrist, who is authorized to prescribe medications.
Dermatology
To schedule a session, register a new account or log in to your existing account on Teladoc.com/Feelbetter or through the mobile app. Next, you’ll request a consult, upload pictures of your skin condition, and choose a pharmacy. Results will be available to view online within two business days.
Each consult costs $85, which includes one follow-up question.
